Australia Apologizes:

In February 2008, Australia had finally apologized to the Aborigines for the decades of child-kidnappings, forceful family break ups, and institutionalizing of their children in government run homes.

Congratulations Australia! When will Switzerland do the same? When will Switzerland stop the genocide, ethnic cleansing and annihilation of its minorities through the theft and forceful assimilation of minority children? The World demands action, compensation and the punishment of those responsible now!

With their movie "Rabbit Proof Fence" the Australians have come clean with their history of forced integration and genocide of the Aborigines. However, the below picture is from the third millenium and from Switzerland which to this day perpetrates policies of child theft, genocide and cultural annihilation of the minorities.

DENMARK: we condemn the instigation of racial, ethnic and religious intolerance and hatred.

Herewith we condemn and challenge the Danish government, courts and institutions to stop, prevent and to make illegal any further types of instigation of racial, ethnic and religious hatred and intolerance. The derogatory and distasteful cartoons of the Prophet Mohamed published, repeatedly, in the Danish media have nothing to do with the 'freedom of expression'. Quite the contrary.
Statements or pictures insulting and belittling the race, culture or religion of ethnic minorities have nothing to do with the 'freedom of speech' but are a sign of criminally immature and irresponsible intolerance, which must be punishable by the law. Sadly, these insulting cartoons have not only been published by irresponsible and intolerant Danish media but they had received a tacit approval and support of the Danish government and judiciary. Herewith, we, at Ombudsman International, demand that the Danish government make any further publication of any derogatory messages or drawings, which may insult and belittle any racial, ethnic or religious groups or  minorities, illegal and punishable by law. Furthermore, we demand a just and severe punishment of all those who have published and re-published such derogatory and insulting drawings or messages.

HERE ARE THE MOST FREQUENT CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY:

Genocide.

What is Genocide? What are the international conventions concerning Genocide? Genocide means any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

A) killing members of the group,
B) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
C) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring
about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
D) imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group.
E) forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

The following acts shall be punishable:
F) genocide;
G) conspiracy to commit genocide;
H) direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
I) attempt to commit genocide;
J) complicity in genocide.

Crimes Against Humanity.
Crimes against humanity are the following crimes directed against any civilian population:

A) murder;
B) extermination;
C) enslavement;
D) deportation;
E) torture;
F) rape;
G) persecution on political, racial and religious grounds;
H) other inhumane acts.
I) All persons who participate in the planning, preparation or execution of serious violations of international humanitarian law or contribute to the commission of the violation are individually responsible.

Grave Breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
War, whether declared or not, is a war, and the act of Genocide and other atrocities are acts of war, and thus the Geneva Conventions of 1949 also apply. The Geneva Conventions of 1949 apply, namely the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:

A) torture or inhuman treatment;
B) willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health;
C) taking civilians as hostages.

War, whether declared or not declared, is a war. There are numerous precedents for this in international law.
